2026 current and future events:
MCHS Museum & grounds are OPEN Saturdays and Sundays 11 am to 3 pm and some holidays.

Guided tours  --   First and third Saturdays at 1 pm.

September 17 - 19 --New Mexico History Conference is the signature event of the Historical Society of New Mexico, with sessions exploring the complex history and diverse cultures of New Mexico and the Southwest borderlands. The conference is open to anyone interested in stories of the Southwest, from ancient to more recent times.   All conference sessions and events will be held at the Philmont Training Center, 32 Orchard Circle, Cimarron, NM.                       https://hsnm.org/history-conference/
