Booth sizes and pricing:
Prices are for booth space for the 2 days of the Festival
If paid prior to June 30 2019
10x10 Space= $20
If paid after June 30 2019
10x10 Space= $30
This is first come, first served. If you would like to sell at the Hummingbird Festival, please fill out the Vendor Application to the right, and we will get back to you with the Vendor Contract, and an invoice will be emailed to you. Payment may be done securely online, mailed in, or paid for in person at the Mimbres Culture Heritage Site.
Booth space is not reserved until a payment is received.
Payment is fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, 50% of full payment will be returned.
If all spaces are taken, we will offer to put you on a waiting list, and you will be notified if there is a cancelation.
